- Dear customer: When you enter the website (hereinafter “the website”), you (hereinafter “the customer”) agree to the terms and conditions established in this document (hereinafter “terms and conditions”). If by any reason you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you shall refrain from using the website. In case you purchase any of our products, you agree with the terms and conditions to its fullest extent. If you do not purchase any of our products, you specifically agree to paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 9 and 10 of the terms and conditions.
- We, Alejandra Quintero Cárdenas and Mariana Quintero Cárdenas (hereinafter “MAHE”) are jointly and severally liable for any matter relating the website. We are Mexicans, of legal age, and legally capable to acquire the rights and obligations that result of the present terms and conditions.
- Dear customer: Following what is established in paragraph 1 of the present terms and conditions, you declare under oath that you are of legal age and legally capable to acquire the rights and obligations that result of the present terms and conditions, that you have read and understood every paragraph, that you understand its content and legal implications, and that there is no ambiguity or complex language that may difficult its comprehension, so there is no doubt in the expression of consent that could further invalidate the present terms and conditions.
- When you purchase any of our products, you implicitly declare that you had the chance to consult and select it/them freely in the website, that you accept its/their traits and characteristics according to the information provided in the website, and that you were warned that the real color of it/them may vary from that showed in the website.
- When you purchase any of our products, you agree to pay the total amount due according to the retail price shown in the website, and MAHE agrees to deliver to you the product/products you purchased. The retail price shown in the website for all our products and total purchases, will always be displayed in USD (United States Dollar). For customers outside the United States of America, or within the United States of America but using a foreign and/or international payment method, the total amount due may be subject to conversion to other currency/currencies according to exchange rates established by the bank of choice and/or credit/debit card used to pay for the product/products, which in every case depends entirely on the bank and/or credit/debit card used as payment method. Additional fees charged by the bank of choice and/or credit/debit card may also apply, which in every case also depend entirely on the bank and/or credit/debit card used as payment method. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify with the bank of choice and/or credit/debit card if currency conversions and/or additional fees apply before paying for any product/products in the website.
- After we receive the payment for the product/products you purchased, MAHE will ship it/them to the address you provide for that matter, on the understanding that MAHE is not responsible if any information regarding the delivery address is wrong and/or incomplete, being the customer´s responsibility in that case to provide the correct information and pay for the new shipping expenses. The shipping fee is totally independent from the product/products retail price. In case that the order total exceeds three or more pieces, shipping inside Mexico will be free. In every other case, the shipping must be paid by the customer additionally to the price of the product/products ordered. MAHE is obliged to deliver the product/products purchased between 2 to 6 business days after the next day that the payment is received, for orders to be delivered in Mexico. For orders to be delivered in other selected countries, the estimated delivery date will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
- After we receive the payment for the product/products you purchased, in case you require an invoice (Comprobante Fiscal Digital or CFDI ) you must request it by sending an email to muymahe@gmail.com, establishing your fiscal information and the email address in which you wish to receive the invoice. All the personal information that you share with us will be gathered and used according to our privacy policy, which you can consult in the privacy notice located in the website.
- Dear customer, you may request for returns and exchanges within 15 natural days after you receive your order by sending an email to muymahe@gmail.com, explaining your specific request, exhibiting the documentation that demonstrates that you bought the product/products you wish to return or exchange directly from the website, and establishing the email address in which you wish to receive notifications regarding your request. Returns and exchanges will only apply in cases when (i) the customer receives a different product than he/she ordered or (ii) the product/products delivered present a manufacturing defect or visible damage. In case that the customer requests for an exchange and that it is applicable, it will be subject to availability of the specific product, and whenever it is impossible to exchange it for an identical product, it will be exchanged for a similar product. In case that the customer request for a refund and that it is applicable, the customer will pay for the shipping expenses of the product back to MAHE. Once MAHE receives the returned product in optimal conditions, the customer will receive a full refund to the same account or card used as payment method. Any returns or exchanges will be subject to the following conditions: (i) That the product remains as new, without use, and without visible temporary or permanent damage caused by the customer, (ii) that the product is returned in its original package, (iii) that the request is submitted within the established period of time, and (iv) that the customer demonstrates that he/she bought the product/products directly from the website. In case that any of the returns or exchanges conditions is not fully satisfied, MAHE will not be obliged to attend the customer’s request.
- MAHE trademark, all images, signs, graphics, icons, advertisement, text, drawings, animations, sounds, software, data bases, and in general all the website’s content and anything that results from its use, namely trademarks, inventions, and/or literary or artistic works (hereinafter “IP rights”) are protected by the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works and other international treaties applicable to industrial and intellectual property protection, as well as the laws applicable in México, and exclusively belong to MAHE, its affiliates, employees, suppliers, and/or commercial partners. The customer is not by any means allowed to use and/or reproduce any element from the website without MAHE’s authorization, which must be given in writing, ratified by notary public or other competent public authority, or legally submitted to competent authorities in matters of intellectual and industrial property. Unauthorized use of any of the IP rights might by subject to legal sanctions according to Mexican legislation.
- Dear customer: By using the website you implicitly agree that any conflict that results from the interpretation, execution, enforcement and or infringement of the present terms and conditions, will be subject to the laws of Coahuila de Zaragoza in México, not being applicable any legal disposition related to conflict of laws, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Torreón, Coahuila de Zaragoza, México, not being applicable any other jurisdiction that might correspond to MAHE’s and/or the customer’s present or future addresses. The previous election of laws and jurisdiction will not be applicable if federal jurisdiction is required to resolve any matters related to the present terms and conditions.
